Does Free Shipping apply to my order?

If you live in the continental U.S. we are happy to offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $40. For overnight or 2-day deliveries, please call for a quote.

Orders for some FROZEN items are serviced by foodservicedirect.com and they will add shipping costs.

We are not able to ship products to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time.

What are the shipping selections available on my order?

All orders $40 and over are shipped FREE by UPS Ground. Orders placed by NOON Eastern Time on Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after NOON will ship the following business day. Orders entered on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on National Holidays will ship the next business day. Allow one week or less for delivery.

When will I receive my order tracking number?

An email including the tracking number will be received the when your order is ready to ship.

What is your Return Policy?

As these products are dated food items all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. Products are guaranteed to have 30 days shelf life. Orders REFUSED by you upon delivery will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

Hormel Health Labs is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the our warehouse location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information provided, a package refused by recipient, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day it is scheduled to be delivered. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you or if the delivery is refused by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded.
