Half Pans
Our Cliffdale Farms™ Half Pans line encompasses breakfast, lunch,
dinner, and snacks. All of the products come frozen in 4-pound disposable
aluminum pans. Thaw, cook, and serve your residents/patients nutritionally
dense, appealing, texture modified foods while providing convenience to your
staff. A four-ounce serving satisfies the protein and vegetable requirement for
that meal.
The Cliffdale Farms™ Half Pan line is an all-natural,
cost effective way to present texture modified foods. The products can be used
for multiple dietary applications: sodium and cholesterol restrictions, diabetic
restrictions, multi-level dysphagia, puree, mechanical soft, and even finger
food diets.
Cliffdale Farms™ Half Pans are easy to prepare. The
products can be cooked utilizing a steamer or an oven to produce a consistently
delicious and nutritious product with the appropriate texture.
